Plant & Animal Protein Sources

There are two types of protein sources: animal-based and plant-based. Sometimes it's tricky telling the difference between the two; for example, would soy milk be a plant or animal source of protein? By the end of this lesson, you'll be an expert at identifying these proteins' sources!

  1. Recognize at least 2 sources of protein.

  2. Name one benefit to eating protein.

  3. Identify whether a protein source is animal-based or plant-based.
