Breakfast 

Breakfast means "breaking your fast" –in other words, starting your very first meal of the day.​ Since it will be the very first meal after a long period of no food, it is very important to consume nourishing and energizing foods. Starting the day off with nutritious foods will help provide you the energy you need for the day.

Dinner 

Dinner will be a few hours from lunch.

It is important to continue fueling yourself throughout the day. While it is considered the main meal of the day, it is important to balance the food you consume.  

Family Dinner

Lunch 

Lunch starts a few hours after breakfast.
 
With your energy stores depleted, it is also important replenish your body with nourishing foods to help you go on with your afternoon activities.
 
To prevent sluggishness, or a food coma, try to keep your meal light but still fulfilling.

Snack and Dessert

Snacks are a great way to keep your body energized throughout the day.

Desserts are a sweet treat for yourself.
